Hey Warriors!
Our team has been working hard to prepare for States.
- The Electrical subteam has finished wiring 3 photoelectric sensors.
- The robot is now able to score on L1, L2, and L3.
- The mechanical team has been revising specific mechanisms.
- The bottom piece of the intake was rebuilt with gears in the middle
- The ratio of this is now 1:1 which has increased the intake’s torque
- The climber panels were switched and pieced back together to improve efficiency.
- The programming team has been working to improve issues with Orange Pi and eventually decided to remove Orange Pi from the competition robot.
Our Everybot program (created to train some of our newer members) has been making significant progress!
- The build team has made significant changes to the Everybot, including attaching the motor to the algae arm, attaching the front wood cover panel, and also measuring for the coral arm. They replaced the deep climber front panel and finished the coral basket.
